Chiropractic Story:

I am native of Dallas, Texas and the youngest of five children. My love for chiropractic started at the age of THREE! My first miracle was when my mom took me to the Chiropractor due to constant ear aches and sinus issues. After a few visits I was off all antibiotics and my ears drained. My mom called it a miracle because I was not a fussy sick kid anymore. My second miracle with chiropractic happened in middle school. I started noticing I had a hard time focusing in school and around the same time I was also becoming more active in sports. I visited the Chiropractor who informed me that all my sports collisions caused a lot of pinched irritated nerves in my neck and back that kept me from excelling in the classroom. After a few treatments I noticed I was sleeping better and had better focus on and off the field. My scores improved and I fell in love with chiropractic. I knew I wanted to be a chiropractor to help others ACHIEVE A BETTER QUALITY OF LIFE!

“Learning about chiropractic in my early twenties changed my life!” Dr. Gonzalez discovered her passion for chiropractic near the end of her journey as a Pre-med student at the University of Texas—Pan American. Dr. Gonzalez suffered from chronic headaches as a teenager, the only thing that helped was helping the structure and balance of the spine. After receiving chiropractic care, Dr. Gonzalez is more aware of her body and has learned that she does not have to live with pain and irregularities”.

Kids have always been her passion, for as a Pre-med student, Dr. Gonzalez was solely interested in pursuing a medical doctor education to become an obstetrician and gynecologist. In her senior year at UTPA, with the realization that the hospital setting was just not at all for her. A role in healthcare and helping others remained a constant desire of hers, however, she wanted a conservative form of healthcare that choose to care for patients and correct the cause and not just the symptom.
